This is great. Keeping a close watch on what I eat, I’ve been able to reduce my weight by six pounds in the past two weeks. I haven’t needed to starve myself, but just being judicious in what I eat, and in working out. Last week I realized that I drank 3100 calories of Dr Pepper for the week. That was basically a day’s worth of calories, totally a waste. This week I drank 1400 calories, as I finished off what I had. The rest of the time I drank Diet Coke or other diet drinks. From here on out, it will be diet drinks or water. I’ve still eaten the foods I like but with smaller portions. You don’t have to make a dramatic difference in the foods you eat; you just have to realize how many calories you are ingesting.
