I’ve actually managed to remain pretty consistent in my workouts over the past month and a half, which brings a smile to my face. Last week I ran 3 miles in 35:50, something I have not done in a long time. It felt really good. Today, I reduced my mile run from running around a 12:00 minute pace to 10:40 today! 🙂 I was thinking of attempting to make it under 10:00 minutes, but decided to be patient. that day will come soon enough. But I didn’t stop with just the mile and did a mixture of walking and running for 33 minutes today.
It’s nice to know that if you remain consistent, your body will catch up to your goals and you feel better about yourself. 🙂
